"I’ve been so impressed with this agency and specifically Ember! They pick up when you call or if they’re on the other line, they text and immediately get back to you with what you left a message about. "I have been with Curtis Hansen and StateFarm for several years and have been extremely satisfied. Every time I speak with Curtis or Ember, they are always attentive and go out of their way to accommodate our needs. Insurance premiums go up and down, and we of course don’t want to pay more than we need to, but I don’t feel like I need to check other insurance companies because I know that Curtis gets us the best deals he can and the service he provides is worth more than any small savings that we might be able to find.
